
Superfood Oatmeal Bowl
This is one of my favorite warm breakfasts, especially on a chilly morning. Top with whatever tickles your fancy! :)
Ingredients and Preparation

1 cup rolled oats, cooked

1/2 an apple cut into chunks cooked in with the oats
Toppings:

1/4 cup coconut milk

1/8 cup of raisins

1/8 cup walnuts

1/8 cup hemp seeds
-
1/8 cup shredded coconut
-
1 tbsp maple syrup
-
1 tsp vanilla
-
A handful of fresh berries
-
Cinnamon to taste
