Best Breakfast Smoothie Ever!

How we start our day sets the pace for the whole rest of our day! I drink this almost every morning because it takes only a few minutes to make, it tastes AMAZING, it never gets old, and it keeps me full and feeling nourished for hours, always starting off the day on the right foot!

                         

Ingredients and Preparations
  • 2 cups almond or coconut milk

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries

  • 1 scoop plant protein powder

  • 1/2 banana (frozen or fresh)

  • Handful spinach or kale

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 dropperfuls stevia

      Blend and serve!
