
Chia Pudding Bowl
First, STOP! To get the right constancy of pudding, you must soak the chia seeds in liquid for at least 1-2 hours.
Ingredients and Preparations

Soak 1/2 cup chia seeds in 2 cups almond milk or any other type of liquid you prefer

Mix in 1 tsp vanilla

Sprinkle in some berries and raisins so they soften while the chia soaks. Berries also will turn the pudding a bright beautiful color if soaked

When it has reached desired consistency, scoops into a bowl or jar and throw more berries, walnuts and coconut flakes, goji berries, and even some cacoa nibs on top for a crunch

Lightly sweeten with maple syrup, honey or stevia

Eat chilled or warm
