3 Ingredient Pancakes

My dad used to make my brother and I pancakes almost every morning so when I get a childhood craving this is one of my favorites! It's simple yet delicious. Top with whatever favorites YOU love :)

Ingredients and Preparations
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat or almond flour
  • Mash bananas with a fork in a bowl
  • Add beaten eggs and flour and whisk together
  • Pan fry in a table spoon of coconut oil until fully cooked and brown
  • Top with coconut yogurt, fresh berries and maple syrup and enjoy!
